THEME: Teaching Materials

So they have plenty of textbooks and materials from previous teachers, but, um I don't use a textbook. I sort of develop my own materials that I feel are valuable. And I based it of…I based what I teach of a previous textbook that I first used when I was doing student teaching during my Master’s program, and then I slowly drifted away, using more things that I could create, and now I'm sort of, um…set for now with enough of my own materials and of course you know, I grab new authentic resources when I can and relevant news articles and stuff. But for the most part, I use my own materials. (Lance, Interview)
